i drove my grandmother to her appointments every couple of weeks.She used to do her own nails and trusted no one else with them in the matter she asked.when a family member bought her a gift certificate for the finger nail spa, she found the service exemplary.she developed a great repour with the lead technician, and on occasions if the nails broke, whether it be my grandmothers fault or that of the tech, they were fixed immediately at the expense of the spa. Grandma still wont go anywhere else.

Twice a year my sisters come from Alberta and Oregon to spend a long weekend together with me here in White Rock. We always go for pedicures at Pink Rose Nails, and LOVE our experience there with Sandy and her staff. They are so professional, and very friendly, caring deeply about all their clients, including us. We feel so pampered and our feet and toes look great! It’s always one of the highlights of our time together as sisters!

This new nail salon looks beautiful and luxurious, especially with a touch of modern and zen theme. I LOVE place that has some kind of themes because it just make you feel like you in 5 stars salon. Excellent friendly service, great job on the nails! Too bad some older lady came in at 3 pm and started yelling at the staff and at an elderly lady waiting in a chair. She was ranting about one of her long nails chipping after 5 days. Complete bully. She is demanding to see the manger. I am also going to speak to the manger and insist she not be allowed to be a customer here anymore. It was disgusting behavior.

The salon itself is pretty much like every other nail place and reception is hit or miss. If there is no one at the desk, they will look up from doing nals and are not particularly polite.
The stand out in this place is Tony. He is such an expert in manicures that I come from the other side of Surrey just for him. He's a real professional and knows exactly what he's doing. Manicures from him can last a month.
No upselling that I've ever seen here either.
