The AC had leaked and got the carpet underneath soaking wet. Since the hotel was full we could not be moved to another room. Maintenance came by the next night to fix it and dry the carpet. The AC unit was fixed but the carpet remained damp for the duration of our stay. I had to ask if we would be compensated for our inconvenience and we were given a slightly reduced rate for one night. The bathroom door was very noisy and squeaky when opening and closing.

This unit was highly overrated and wayyyyy toooo expensive. I have been using comfort inns for years but not likely to return to this one. Had problems with the shower and the coffee maker did not work properly. We could not get the air conditioning to work and ended up putting a bath towel over it so we would not freeze. Would not shut off with the wall control or the controls on the unit itself.

Always stay here. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
